Lady Lunch

Had a lovely lunch at the Cavalry and Guards Club yesterday. Anthony Horowitz one of the speakers was at our table. He's working on a new Foyle's War, to be screened next year. We were given copies of all the speakers' books. Super day.

Went to the Oldie Lunch today at Simpson's and met Jilly Cooper there. She signed one of my bookmarks and was really lovely to talk to. Her latest novel is on flat racing and she said it was worse than A level maths!
